At the Slatin City Day tournament, held in Slatin, eight wrestlers from the Istarski Borac club participated. The competition brought together young athletes from various parts of the region, with participants demonstrating a high level of preparation in their quest for the top spots.

The greatest success among the participants was achieved by Jan Ilić, who secured first place in the under 59 kilograms category in the U-13 age group. His success is a testament to the quality of work with the younger age groups, with the gold medal being the greatest prize the club brought back from the Slatin tournament.

In the younger categories, Fran Ilić stood out, securing second place in the under 30 kilograms category in the U-8 age group. His silver medal is a testament to the seriousness of the approach in the youngest age groups, where the competition often requires more intensive preparation.

Third place in the 40 kilograms category in the U-13 age group went to Ermann Cerrini. This result contributes to the overall success of the club, showing the athletes' readiness for demanding bouts in different weight categories.

The remaining competitors achieved solid results. Ivan Diachenko and Dević Dević both secured fifth place in their respective categories. Diachenko competed in the 44 kilograms category, while Dević competed in the 30 kilograms category. Both athletes, in the U-13 age group, achieved similar results, indicating a solid level of preparation.

The entire team was led by coach Danijel Bošković, who provided expert support to the athletes during the competition. His leadership was key to coordinating the team's performance and tactical preparation for each bout.
