A traditional event, the 40th Stupnik Harvest, was held in the municipality of Brodski Stupnik. The event gathered many visitors and wine enthusiasts. All present marked the beginning of the harvest in the local vineyards. The event simultaneously confirmed the connection between traditional customs and modern community life.

The central part of the programme included the traditional grape stomping. This act symbolised the official start of the harvest season. The event simultaneously connected three key pillars of the local community. These are enology, culinary offerings, and the preservation of tradition. Participants through such events preserved and nurtured cultural heritage. This heritage represents a recognizable feature of this region.

The event was organized by local associations. At the centre of the event was a rich cultural and artistic programme. Local performers took to the stage. Special attention was drawn to the performance by children. The children performed a programme that highlighted the passing on of tradition to younger generations. At the same time, representatives from neighbouring towns appeared. However, the representatives mentioned were only from neighbouring settlements, such as Oriovac, Stari Perkovci, and Brinje. This phenomenon demonstrated a broader regional connection.

In addition to the cultural programme, the event included an economic aspect. Visitors were able to explore the offerings of local craftsmen at the accompanying fair. This part of the event highlighted the importance of local production. At the same time, local products were promoted. Such events, with the support of the local authority, contribute to the preservation of identity.
