The man, while carrying out his duties, drew contents from private septic tanks and subsequently discharged waste from the tanks of vehicles onto the specified area. This conduct created a direct risk of environmental pollution, constituting a breach of prescribed environmental protection measures.
The State Inspectorate, having been notified of the incident, has taken over oversight of the case to establish all circumstances. Given that the act constitutes a criminal offence, a criminal complaint will be filed against the 38-year-old. The inspectorate will verify all details to determine the full extent of responsibility for the breach of environmental standards at the site in question.
